Rooms are quite small & uncomfortable. AC & fridge never worked even though we complained about it. Breakfast is always the same in the dark breakfast room. Location of the hotel is in the worst part of the city. I was told later that it is dangerous to be outside in evening time in this area as there are drug dealers & prostitutes. Just opposite the entrance of the hotel there is a small cafe and people there were shouting all night long even when police came they continued to fight. Quite scary location. If your windows overlook the main road over there u will never be able to sleep as it is too noisy. There is no view on Marmara sea, just on the roofs of houses. In Dubai this hotel would have only 2 stars.

The staff spoke English and it was easy to make oneself understood. There was both cold and hot water all day long in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is good for using public transportation in Istanbul
Although the hotel advertises that the rooms are air-conditioned, there was air-conditioning only 4 hours a day and it was centrally managed (8-9 in the morning, 3-4:30 in the afternoon and 22:30-24:00 in the night) while the outside temperature was 35-37oC during the day and 27oC during the night. The TV did not function. The room was very small, and it was not cleaned everyday (rather, it was cleaned every second day) and the towels were not changed at all during our stay. Initially, towels were provided only for one person (although we had booked a twin room). Although it was advertised that the rooms have mini-bar, there was none in our room. Initially, each bed had only one bed-sheet instead of two.

The hotel's location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from historical sites and close to the city center. Also, being very close to the Metro M1 & Tramway T1 of Aksaray made it extremely convenient to travel around the city. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, the staff were always very friendly and helpful during my stay.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a lovely Easter stay at a cute B&B hotel. the breakfast was simple but delicious, loved the freshly baked bread and the homemade jam. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the tram stop and easy access to all the tourist attractions. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us helpful suggestions on where to celebrate Easter in the city. the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was very convenient.
The room was a bit small but cozy.

We had a great city trip and enjoyed staying in a hotel near the transportation hub, allowing us easy access to must-see places, restaurants, and shops. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a fantastic bonus to have air conditioning as it kept us cool during hot afternoons.
The breakfast had few options with no variation throughout our stay. Also, the room and bathroom were on the small side, which caused some inconvenience moving around. we had a lovely time and recommend this hotel for city explorers looking for a good location with friendly staff.
